Built on a hill facing the ocean, Vila Gaivota is located a 300 m from Caneiros Beach and 3 Km from Ferragudo. On offer are a total of 150 apartments, t1 and t2. A lobby welcomes guests with a 24-hour reception desk, safes and currency exchange desk. Dining options include a bar, a café, a breakfast room, a dinner room, and a restaurant. Further amenities include a small supermarket, a games room, a tv room, and a public Internet connection.

The T2 apartment overlooks the ocean. In addition to the listed facilities it has 2 sleeping rooms and 2 bathrooms (one bath and one shower).
At Vila Gaivota Restaurant the breakfast is “Buffet” style, with great diversity.
Lunch and dinner, provides you a great selection of national and international meals, and every day we have our “Meal of the day” and the “chef’s” sugestions. The Grilled fresh Salmon is the most known dish. For the guest with Half-Board we also have a special menu many options.
Offers a quite good variety of drinks, and a wonderful selection of national wines.
During the summer we offer you a splendid night per week with live music, available as well for private parties and large group dinners.
Our Bar is the perfect place to have a drink, before or after a meal, or simply drink a coffey, in the tranquillity and harmony that our Resort can offer.
At lunch, you have also available a special snacks cart, with pizzas and desserts that can be served in the bar or in the terrace by the pool.
From Lisbon airport , take highway #”A2” direction South “Sul”. After “Vasco da Gama” bridge, make sure you stop at the toll and take a ticket to pay at the end of highway “A2”. Never take the green way “Via Verde”. “A2” is a toll highway (+/- Lisbon – Algarve 16 Euros).
After paying the toll at the end of the highway (260 km. trip), take the Algarve highway “A22” direction “Lagos, Portimao, Albufeira” (West).
(From Faro airport , take highway “A22” direction “Lagos, Portimao” (West), always follow the blue signs)
Once on “A22” direction “Lagos” keep going, until you reach “end of highway”. You will exit at “Lagoa, Silves”. Just after, there’s a little roundabout (the cars in the center always have priority in the roundabouts!!!). Take the exit direction “Portimao, Lagoa, Carvoeiro”. There is another roundabout just after, but keep following direction “Portimao”. Don’t exit at “Lagoa Norte”. Exit a little further at “Lagoa Sul”.
Once on national road “EN 125” pass the first group of traffic lights (now you are in Lagoa city). At the second group of traffic lights turn right direction “Carvoeiro”. 250 meters appx. follow strait thru direction “Sesmarias, Ferragudo”.
Once you reach “Sesmarias” keep going on until a little roundabout and turn left direction “Ferragudo”. 1.5 km further you will find on your left side at the corner (on the top of the hill) a big sign “ Vila Gaivota”, turn left and come to “Recepçao” (reception). We will be here to “Welcome you”.
